Encyclo In the fun The Miracle Worker, Annie says to Kate Mrs. Keller, I dont think Helens worst ill-use is deafness or blindness. I think its your love. And your pity. In my self-generated feeling this means Mrs. Keller has babied Helen all these years and now she is a mishandle little terror. This is what Helens problem is. Not her blindness, or her deafness.
