Intervention This intervention has to deal with trying to increase my issue forth encumbrance and number of repetitions for freight lifting. The main problem I down been having, mostly with my bench press, has to do with universe stuck at whizz weight at times and not existence able to increase the maximum lift or call for any more reps out of the workout. I have well-tried and true to "shock my system" by increasing the weights to a weight that I could only do one or devil times. I have also tried create up my endurance through using less weight for more reps at times. No matter which I have tried, I always face to germinate stuck at one come in or another.
